What people say about working with me

Inga Mullins

CEO, Fluency | World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer
Inga managed Kamil directly · LinkedIn recommendation
Once in a while you meet someone who genuinely changes your sense of what's possible. For me, Kamil is that person. With a deep background in AI, blockchain and computer science, he has impressed some of the smartest minds in the industry — from engineering teams at the world's biggest tech companies to advisors at central banks — and his work has led to patents granted in the US.

What makes Kamil truly extraordinary is the way he inspires innovation in everyone around him. He sets ambitious visions, challenges conventional thinking, and somehow makes the seemingly impossible feel within reach. People do their best work when he is in the room. Teams move faster, think bigger, and aim higher because of him.

And through all of it, he remains remarkably humble — grounded, generous with credit, and always curious. Kamil is the kind of leader companies are built around, and I have no doubt the most exciting chapters of his career are still ahead. I would work with him again tomorrow, without a second thought, and any organization lucky enough to have him at the helm of their technology will be all the better for it.

We brought Kamil in as a technical partner in late 2022 to support several blockchain initiatives related to the UpLink decentralized connectivity platform. He provided technical advisory, research, and prototype development to help us evaluate and implement Web3 solutions for our Wi-Fi marketplace.

He brings deep expertise in blockchain systems together with a pragmatic engineering mindset. Beyond his technical contributions, he was someone the team could genuinely rely on — thoughtful in his approach, clear in his communication, and honest about trade-offs.

He would be an asset to any organization working with blockchain systems, backend architecture, or emerging technologies, and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

I brought Kamil in across multiple projects and businesses over several years to help design and deliver blockchain integrations, backend systems, and DevOps infrastructure for our critical infrastructure.

He combines deep technical expertise with a strong sense of ownership and pragmatism. Complex systems and integrations were consistently delivered with a high level of quality, and he proved to be highly dependable, always available when critical issues required attention. More recently, he also helped us integrate AI-driven capabilities where they added real value.

I would gladly recommend him to any organization looking for a technical partner who can take responsibility for backend architecture, blockchain integrations, infrastructure, and custom technical solutions.

Common questions

What size of project do you work with?

I work with projects of different sizes — from early ideas, prototypes, and focused improvements to larger systems, integrations, automation initiatives, and long-term technical partnerships.

The more important question is not project size, but whether there is a meaningful technical or business problem to solve.

Do we need to already have a development team?

No. I can work with companies that already have developers, external vendors, or an internal technical team — but I can also help businesses that do not yet have any technical team in place.

Depending on the situation, I can help shape the solution, build prototypes, define the technical direction, or help you understand what kind of team or vendor you actually need.

Do you work with non-technical business owners?

Yes. A large part of my work is translating business needs into practical technical solutions.

You do not need to know the exact technical answer before reaching out. It is enough to know what problem you are trying to solve, what process you want to improve, or what opportunity you want to explore.

Can you help us decide whether an idea is worth building?

Yes. I can help evaluate whether an idea is technically realistic, commercially sensible, and worth pursuing.

This can include shaping the first version, identifying the smallest useful scope, estimating technical complexity, considering risks, and deciding whether to prototype, automate, integrate, or avoid building at all.

Can you work with our existing developers, agency, or vendors?

Yes. I can work alongside existing technical teams, agencies, or vendors without replacing them.

The goal is to bring senior technical perspective, improve clarity, shape better solutions, reduce risk, and make sure the work supports the business.

Are you a freelancer?

Not in the usual "developer for hire" sense.

I do take focused engagements, but my work is usually closer to technical partnership: understanding the business context, shaping the right solution, and staying involved where senior technical experience creates value.

Can you help with AI and automation even if we do not know where to start?

Yes. Many useful AI and automation opportunities start with unclear or manual processes.

I can help identify where automation makes sense, where AI is useful, what should stay simple, and how to design something reliable enough for real business use.

Can you help with payments, integrations, or more complex technical systems?

Yes. My background includes payment systems, financial infrastructure, blockchain systems, backend platforms, integrations, infrastructure, AI systems, and complex technical products.

This is especially useful when the work requires more than a standard website or simple application.

Do you offer long-term cooperation or only one-off work?

Both.

Some companies need a focused engagement around a specific technical decision, prototype, architecture, integration, or automation. Others benefit from longer-term technical partnership where I stay involved as the business and systems evolve.

How does cooperation usually start?

Usually with a focused conversation.

We discuss what you are trying to achieve, what currently exists, what is unclear or risky, and where technical involvement could create the most value. From there, we can decide whether a focused engagement or longer-term cooperation makes sense.

Let's talk

Do you need help navigating the complex IT and AI spaces?
Are you looking to improve your technical solutions?
Are you just starting and need technical guidance?
Do you need an on-demand technical partner to step in when needed?
Do you need a problem solved?

If you said yes to any of those, then let's have a focused conversation and see how I can help you.
